By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, which together with our privacy policy govern Small Worlds relationship with you in relation to this Website. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access the Website & the Small World venue

We own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website, and all such rights are reserved. All copyright, trademarks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on the Website belong to Small Worlds and/or third parties. Nothing in the Terms grants you a right or licence to use any trade mark, design right or copyright owned or controlled by us or any other third party except as expressly provided in the Terms. You must not:

Republish material from this Website (including republication on another Website);

Sell, rent or sub-license material from the Website; Show any material from the Website in public; and Reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit material on this Website for a commercial purpose.

The Content

In these Terms “the content” means material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material) submitted to this Website, for whatever purpose.

You grant to Small Worlds a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute the content in any existing or future media. You also grant to Small Worlds the right to sub-license these rights, and the right to bring an action for infringement of these rights..

Your content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party’s legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action whether against you or Small Worlds or a third party (in each case under any applicable law). Variation of The Terms

Small Worlds shall have the right to revise these Terms at any time and as it may deem it appropriate. By using the Website, you are expected to review the Terms on a regular basis to ensure that you understand all the terms and conditions governing the use of the Website.

Assignment

Small Worlds shall have the right to assign, transfer or sub-contract its rights and obligations stipulated under these Terms without any notification or consent required. You may not assign, transfer or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations stipulated under the Terms and Conditions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms including any disclaimer contained on this Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Small Worlds in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this Website.

Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with UAE Laws and any and all disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

Tickets

These are the ticketing terms and conditions of the visitor attraction known as Small Worlds Kids Amusement LLC Expo City Branch (“Small Worlds”). All persons visiting the Attraction are subject to the following Terms and Conditions and by acquiring one or more tickets to the Attraction (“Ticket” or “Tickets”) confirm that you accept these terms and conditions of use. Ticket holders are referred to in these Terms and Conditions as “Visitors”.

1. Tickets

• 1.1 All visitors, including those eligible for free admission, must have a ticket to enter Small
  Worlds. Once Visitors have left the Attraction, and their booked session has finished they will need to purchase an additional Ticket to re-enter the Attraction.
• 1.2 All persons entering the Attraction must hold a valid Ticket that must be retained at all times and submitted for inspection if required by any member of Small World’s staff (here in after called attraction staff). Failure to produce a valid Ticket on request may result in removal from the Attraction
• 1.3 Ticket(s) may be purchased online through the use of valid credit or debit cards.
• 1.4 Successful purchasers will receive a booking confirmation (Booking Confirmation) via email together with a receipt and a unique QR code to the email address supplied. If the Booking Confirmation is not emailed within 1 hours after successful transaction, please contact hello@smallworldsme.com with proof of payment.
• 1.5 Small Worlds reserves the right to amend, vary or otherwise change the entry timings of Small Worlds. In such an event, Small Worlds shall alter the Booking Confirmation / Ticket(s) for other timings
• 1.6 Ticket(s) prices may be varied at any time with publication. Decrease in price shall not entitle prior Booking Confirmation / Ticket(s) holder to any refund.

2. Refund and Ticket changes

• The Booking Confirmation is valid only for the specific date and time (session) shown thereon and shall automatically expire upon the lapse of this specific date and time. 

• Booking Confirmation(s) and / or Ticket(s) can only be used once and is not subject to refund or exchange of any kind whatsoever, whether before or after the Ticket(s) expiry. Lost, damaged and / or stolen Ticket(s) cannot be replaced, refunded or exchanged in any manner.

• For change the date and time of your ticket provided you notify us 2 (two) working days before your scheduled visit. A charge of AED 22 will apply per person. Changes after this deadline will not be processed.

• For date/time change as above please contact Small Worlds Office at hello@smallworldsme.com to rebook and make the AED 22 payment per person.  Payments will be processed and completed via Small Worlds Office.

3. Liability

• 3.1 Children up to the age of 16 years must be always accompanied by an adult (+21 years old) during the visit to Small Worlds. Small Worlds does not accept responsibility or duty of care for children during their stay – accompanying adults are fully responsible for the children and any damage caused.
• 3.2 Small Worlds reserves the right, whether for safety reasons or otherwise, and with or without prior notice to close the Small Wolds venue. In such an event, Small Worlds, in its sole discretion, shall extend the Booking Confirmation / Ticket(s) to a later date. Small Worlds will make every effort to communicate such an occurrence to ticket holders via the email address provided.
• 3.3 Small Worlds is not liable for any injuries sustained while on our premises, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by our staff.
• 3.4 Small Worlds takes all reasonable steps to provide a safe and enjoyable experience at the Small Worlds venue, however, it shall not be liable to any person in respect of any loss of or damage to personal property or loss of life, personal injury to any person, whether that loss, damage or personal injury is caused by any person’s negligence or otherwise.
• 3.5 From time to time the Attraction staff may draw Visitors’ attention to certain health and safety procedures to which Visitors must adhere. At Small Worlds the following prohibitions are required to be observed without exception: no smoking, no pets or animals, no offensive weapons, no access to any area of the venue other than areas designated for access by visitors, no unnecessary noise (whether from mobile phones or personal stereos or otherwise) or behavior likely to annoy or offend other Visitors or intimidate the attraction staff and no use of illegal drugs or consumption of alcohol. Small Worlds reserves the right to extend this list with publication and to refuse entry to or expel from the attraction any visitor who failing to observe the prohibitions condition or whom Small Worlds considers likely to affect the safety or enjoyment of any other Visitor or member of staff.
• 3.6 From time to time Small Worlds or other authorized third parties may carry out photography or other recording at Small Worlds and any images or recordings may feature visitors. Visitors consent to the use of such images by Small Worlds in connection with advertising, promotions or monitoring and acknowledge that the copyright in such images rests with Small Worlds and/or any authorized third party.
• 3.7 Visitors are reminded that from time to time parts of the Attraction may be closed and certain parts may be removed for maintenance or for technical reasons. Tickets will not be refunded and no compensation will be paid of such closures or removals.
• 3.8 Guests must always keep personal belonging with them or use one of the lockers provided in the reception. Small Worlds shall not be liable for any lost or stolen property.
• 3.9 No large bags or strollers are permitted inside Small Worlds.
• 3.10 Food and drinks are not allowed to be consumed inside the Small Worlds attraction and facilities apart from the coffee shop where food and drinks may be purchased and consumed only.
• 3.11 Small Worlds is not responsible for inclement weather conditions affecting visibility.
